I hope everyone is staying warm in this cold weather! I'm writing this with a cup of hot cocoa in hand. (　’ω’)旦~~

Last week I had this impulse that I really wanted to see the chainsawman movie, I was bummed out that I didn't manage to catch the demon slayer movie while it was in cinemas so I was totally determined to see this one!!!! ヽ(>∀<☆)ノ Plus im wayyyyyy more into csm than demon slayer.

So I decided one night, fuck it! (ᗒ⩊ᗕ) I've just gotta go!! So I looked up the best way to see it (according to reddit the movie is best with a dolby sound cinema, I don't really know what that all means though), and I booked a ticket to the closest cinema to me that has that: the big fancy movie premier theatre in Leicester Square!!! ☆*:.｡.o(≧▽≦)o.｡.:*☆ score!!!! The ticket was kinda expensive for a movie (like £25) but whatever!!! for csm i'll pay any amount!!

Odeon cinemas let you bring your own snacks, so I hit up the japan centre for some melon soda and mochi donuts. It turns out at the end of the day, all their sushi is discounted! So I sat down and had a pre-movie banquet, I was so so happy I decided to go out! I was alone since it was a last minute decision, but tbh I dont mind going to the movies alone.

I arrived at the theatre with some time to spare. I got a large popcorn (popcorn is my favourite food ^^), and went to my seat. Chainsawman. (￣-￣) You broke me.(ಥ﹏ಥ) The first third of the movie was pretty slow, I was munching my snacks and watching denji do his dumb shit, good times were had by all. But by the time denji and reze were in the pool I was SOBBINGGGGGG. (ﾉಥ益ಥ)ﾉ(ﾉಥ益ಥ)ﾉ(ﾉಥ益ಥ)ﾉFUCKKKKKKKKKKKK. I'm up to date on the manga so I already knew how everything would end which made it even saddderrrrrrr BROOOOOO WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY WERE REALLY IN LOVEEEEEE CMONNNN MANNNNNNNN. _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):_ I died. I put the popcorn aside and locked tf in. I genuinely cried. And when she betrayed him I cried even more.ლ(ಡ‸ಡ ლ)

From that point onwards the movie had my full attention. The fight scenes were awesome, the emotional weight of it all was devastating. Aki's Japanese voice actor was incredible in the scene with Angel in the typhoon, you could really feel his desperation. and AHHHHH THEY ADDED EXTRA AKIANGEL SCENES FUJO STOCKS HAVE NEVER BEEN HIGHERRRRRRR. („ಡωಡ„) which just made me cry harder cos i remembered how their story ends too. Man.

When I got home I lied in bed and thought about the state of it all. fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. ( ᄑ_ᄑ)

Today's mood: ugly crying over my blorbos once more (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ)

I'm listening to: in the pool by Kensuke Ushio (Chainsawman movie ost). just to feel something ♬♪ヽ(〒益〒)ﾉ♪♬
